The FP-14 Multi-grip Lat Bar provides an effective way to make the most of your back day. With grip positions ranging from 8 to 28 inches, is provides the most efficient way to go from narrow, medium, and wide grip positions with a single cable machine attachment. No need to go find and swap out to a small triangle grip. The chambered design allows you to go extra-deep in the concentric movement of your wide-grip seated row – i.e. it won’t hit your chest like a straight bar.

Neutral grip lat pull downs and rows are preferred by many over straight bar grip, since the fore arm is not twisted 90 degrees. This can tend to put less strain on the elbows and shoulders.

At just over 6 lbs, the Multi-grip Lat Bar is sturdy but lightweight. This allows easy, one-handed connection to the cable clip. Being a lighter attachment, it has less reduction to the effective weight being pulled.
