Home Gym Cable Pulley System

The FitBar FP-3.2 combines our rugged cable pulley with two cables, a 2 inch loading pin with 12” of loadable length, an our triceps extension rope with 3” ball grip ends. We recommend it for use with pull up bars anywhere from 84” to 96” high, and up to 1.5-inches in diameter. You provide your own weight plates. Sets up in minutes to do lat pulldowns, overhead triceps extensions, and triceps pushdowns.  The steel hooks have vinyl sleeves that won’t damage or scratch the bar. This is the simplest, most rugged cable pulley set-up you can have on a squat rack without the need for a full cable machine.

The cable pulley uses a high quality needle bearing for ultra-smooth operation.  The pulley attaches directly to your bar to minimize plate swing, unlike typical strap-attach pulleys. The cables are high-quality double-braid rope with steel thimbles for maximum strength and durability.  The included FitBar FP-5.3 Triceps Extension Rope has 3-inch ball ends for multiple grip options – either grip the ball or grip the rope.  The FP-5.3 allows you to pile on the weight plates and go heavy while maintaining a comfortable grip.
