Olympic Farmers Carry Handles

The FitBar FP-7.4 Famers Walk Handles provides a simple solution to a simple exercise – the farmers walk, also known as the farmer carries. Use your 2-inch hole Olympic weight plates or bumper plates to perform safe farmer carries. The FP-7.4 consists of a pair of our HG-1 Pull Up Handles and two FP-7.2 loading pins. The handles connect directly to the loading pin for easy setup. The loading pins have 12 inches of loadable length so you can really load these up.

The combination of the handle and the loading pin creates a Farmers Walk Handle that is extremely safe to use. For most people the weight plate is less than a foot off the ground, so the weight has little distance to travel when you walk to failure – much safer than dumbbell carries with require you to drop the weight at height or squat to safely put the dumbells down. The farmer carry handles consists of high-quality foam over steel tubes, which allows you to maintain a superior grip while walking with plates.

The FP-7.4 Farmers Walk Handles have a capacity of 200 lbs per handle. This makes them great if you are just getting into strongman training and want to start building your strength. The product is Made in USA using US materials.
