404 - Pike Push Up
Purpose: Full body, including chest
Strap Range: 5-15
Setup: Kneel facing away from bar and place ankles on bar
Start: Move away from FitBar Trainer and into a plank position by placing hands on ground directly beneath shoulders and lifting knees in line with hips, keeping feet aligned under FitBar Trainer
Motion: With shoulder blades down and back, body neutral and abs engaged, lift hips while keeping arms, back, and knees straight. Keep your head and neck in line with your spine (Do not hyper extend neck) Return to plank position and perform a push up by bending elbows, lowering torso toward floor. Repeat.
Finish: Drop back to knees, stand up and stow bar.
