403 - Squat Pull, Single Handle
Purpose: Full body conditioning
Strap Range: 15-35
Setup: Place single handle in center of bar. Hold single handle with both hands extended forward.
Start: Lean back using the bar for balance while walking feet toward the FitBar Trainer to create desired resistance.
Motion: Keeping arms extended front, squat down by driving hips back. Keep tension on the straps throughout the entire movement. Lift and simultaneously pull handle toward center of chest, keeping elbows close to body while bringing them back and squeezing between shoulder blades. Lift while simultaneously extending arms front. Return to start and repeat
Finish: Walk away from FitBar Trainer and stow bar.
Progression: Walk feet toward FitBar Trainer for increased resistance. Lower hips closer to the floor.
