306 - Squat, Bulgarian Split Squat
Purpose: Lower body conditioning
Strap Range: 10-20
Setup: Facing away from the FitBar Trainer, place front of ankle on bar
Start: Hop away from FitBar Trainer with grounded foot. 
Motion: Squat with grounded leg.  Ensure the knee does not go past the toe.
Finish: Hop back towards FitBar Trainer.  Switch legs and repeat.  Stow bar.
