305 - Squat, Figure 4, Single Handle
Purpose: Lower body conditioning
Strap Range: 10-35
Setup: Hold bar with wide overhand grip picture I have is with single handle
Start: Lean back using the bar for balance while walking feet toward the FitBar Trainer to create desired resistance. Drop hips into squat position, and cross ankle over knee (figure “4”). 
Motion: Keeping arms extended front, squat down by driving hips back, keeping ankle on knee. Keep tension on the straps throughout the entire movement. Switch legs. Return to start and repeat
Finish: Walk toward FitBar Trainer and stow bar
Progression: Walk feet toward FitBar Trainer for increased resistance. Lower hips closer to the floor.
Variations: Perform without handles, hands on bar.
