302 - Squat
Purpose: Lower body conditioning
Strap Range: 10-35
Setup: Hold bar with wide overhand grip.
Start: Lean back using the bar for balance while walking feet toward the FitBar Trainer to create desired resistance.
Motion: Keeping arms extended front, squat down by driving hips back. Keep tension on the straps throughout the entire movement. Repeat.
Finish: Return to start, walk toward FitBar Trainer and stow bar.
Progression: Walk feet toward FitBar Trainer for increased resistance. Lower hips closer to the floor.
Variations: Vary hand positioning. Attach handles to the bar and add arm rotation during the squat.
