207 - Pike
Purpose: Back, core
Strap Range: 5-15
Setup: Kneel facing away from bar and place ankles on bar.
Start: Move away from FitBar Trainer and into a plank position by placing hands on ground directly beneath shoulders and raising knees, keeping feet under FitBar Trainer.
Motion: With shoulder blades down and back, body neutral and abs engaged, lift hips toward ceiling while keeping arms, back, and knees straight. Keep your head and neck in line with your spine (Do not hyper extend neck). Repeat
Finish: Drop back to knees, stand up and stow bar.
