206 - Plank
Strap Range: 5-10
Setup: Kneel facing away from bar. Place ankles on bar.
Start Move away from FitBar Trainer and into a plank position by placing hands on ground directly beneath shoulders; knees are in line with hips and spine.
Motion: Keeping hips down, body neutral and abs engaged, hold the position.
Finish: Relax knees to ground, shift body closer to FitBar Trainer; remove ankles from bar, and stow bar.
Variations: Place forearms on ground.
