205 - Crunches, Inverted, Elbows Grounded
Strap Range: 5-10
Setup: Kneel facing away from bar. Place ankles on bar.
Start Move away from FitBar Trainer and into a plank position by placing elbows on ground directly beneath shoulders; knees are in line with hips and spine.
Motion: Bring knees forward into inverted crunch position, and return to plank. Repeat.
Finish: Relax knees to ground, shift body closer to FitBar Trainer; remove ankles from bar, and stow bar.
