201 - Crunch
Strap Range: 0-20
Setup: Sit on the ground facing bar. Rest back of knees on bar.
Start: Lean back and face up, moving away from FitBar Trainer into a crunch position, until a slight tension is felt under the knees.
Motion: Pace fingertips next to ears, raise shoulders off of ground and hold hover, using core strength. Lift torso up toward ceiling and back to the hover position. Repeat.
Finish: Relax torso and shift body closer to FitBar Trainer; remove legs from bar.
Notes: Keep elbows wide. Do not pull on neck.
