112 - Pull Up, Assisted
Purpose: Upper body strength, training for standard pull up.
Strap Range: 35-45
Setup: Sit on the ground under the FitBar Trainer and grasp bar in a regular grip with arms directly below FitBar Trainer.
Start: Sit with legs crossed and pull upper body straight up toward FitBar Trainer, very close to bar. 
Motion: Using legs and lower body to assist, pull body up toward FitBar Trainer. Slowly lower straight down and repeat. 
Finish: Release bar, stand, stow bar.
Progression: As upper body strength improves, minimize reliance upon lower body.
