111 - Core Extender
Purpose: Core Conditioning
Strap Range: 0-25
Setup: Face away from the FitBar trainer and hold bar down and with a wide overhand grip.
Start: Walk away from the suspension bar to create desired resistance.
Motion: Keeping arms straight, lift arms overhead in a smooth motion, keeping tension on the straps throughout the entire movement. Repeat.
Finish: Return to start, walk away from FitBar Trainer and stow bar.
Notes: Keep shoulder blades down and back, body neutral and abs engaged.
