109 - Triceps Extensions
Purpose: Strengthen Triceps
Strap Range: 0-35
Setup: Face away from the FitBar Trainer and hold bar above head with narrow grip and elbows bent.
Start: Lean away from the FitBar Trainer to create desired resistance. Bring bar slightly in front of forehead.
Motion: Leaning into the bar, keeping upper arms and elbows stationary, press away from bar by extending forearms. Slowly return bar to the position slightly in front of forehead. Return to start and repeat.
Finish: Move body towards bar to release tension and stow bar.
