108 - Row, Double Handle
Purpose: Back, upper body strengthening
Strap Range: 30-50
Setup: Facing FitBar Trainer, attach handles to pull up bar and hold in a neutral grip (palms in), arms extended forward from shoulders.
Start: Lean back using the bar for balance while walking feet forward to create desired resistance.
Motion: Pull torso toward bar, bringing elbows back. Slowly extend arms. Return to start and repeat
Finish: Walk backwards to stand up, stow bar.
Progression: Increase strap length and/or position body more horizontal.
