Purpose: Back, upper body strengthening
Strap Range: 25-50
Setup: Facing FitBar Trainer, hold bar in a wide, overhand grip.
Start: Extend arms toward FitBar Trainer while walking feet forward to create desired resistance / body angle with ground.
Motion: With shoulder blades down and back, abs engaged, and body straight, pull body up toward bar, bringing elbows back. Return to start and repeat
Finish: Walk backwards to stand up, stow bar.
Variations: Vary hand position to medium or narrow grip. Try an underhand grip, or alternate between underhand / overhand.
Progression: Increase strap length and/or make position body more horizontal.
