104 - Push Up, Narrow Grip
Purpose: Triceps, core
Strap Range: 0-15
Setup: Facing away from FitBar Trainer, holding bar with narrow, overhand grip.
Start: Move away from FitBar Trainer and into a plank position placing feet on ground under FitBar Trainer.
Motion: With shoulder blades down and back, body neutral and abs engaged, lower torso toward bar by bending elbows. Return to start and repeat.
Finish: Walk away from FitBar Trainer / stand up, and stow bar.
Progression: Increase strap length and/or position body more horizontal.
