103 - Wide Grip Push Up
Purpose: Chest, back, core
Strap Range: 0-15
Setup: Facing away from FitBar Trainer, hold bar with wide, overhand grip.
Start: Move into a plank position placing toes on ground.
Motion: With shoulder blades down and back, body neutral and abs engaged, lower torso toward bar by bending elbows. Return to start and repeat.
Finish: Walk away from FitBar Trainer / stand up, and stow bar.
Progression: Increase strap length and/or position body more horizontal.
