102 - Front Raise
Purpose: Front Shoulder Conditioning (Anterior Deltoids)
Strap Range: 20-30
Setup: Facing FitBar Trainer, hold bar with hands extended forward, in line with shoulders.
Start: Lean back using the bar for balance while walking feet forward to create desired resistance.
Motion: Keeping arms straight, lift arms overhead in a smooth motion, keeping tension on the straps throughout the entire movement. Repeat.
Finish: Return to start, walk away from FitBar Trainer and stow bar.
Progression: Walk feet toward FitBar Trainer / increase body angle for increased resistance.
