101 - FitBar Y
Purpose: Upper Back Conditioning
Strap Range: 20-30
Setup: Facing FitBar Trainer, hold bar with wide overhand grip, arms extended toward ceiling, wrists neutral, bar parallel to floor.
Start: Keeping arms straight, lean back using the bar for balance while walking feet forward to create desired resistance.
Motion: Raise forearms until they are parallel with your spine. Slowly return to start. Repeat.
Finish: Walk away from FitBar Trainer and stow bar.
Notes: Keep arms in line with or slightly in front of the shoulder line.
Progression: Walk feet toward FitBar Trainer / increase body angle from vertical for increased resistance.
